Overview

PixelBear LLC ("PixelBear", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to it.

Information We Collect

This website has no contact form, no accounts, no analytics and no third-party tracking, and it stores nothing you send it. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that email — your address and its contents — in an ordinary mailbox, and we keep it only for as long as it takes to help you.

Pancake Stack Scramble does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts and no login, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. Your scores, progress and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.

Orso Matte, including its Apple Motion plug-in, does not collect any personal data. It has no accounts and no login, no analytics, and no third-party tracking, and it makes no network connections. It reads only the renders you choose to open, processes them entirely on your Mac, and writes mattes only where you save them. Its settings, and the folder permissions you grant it, are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.

Where one of our other apps connects to a service you sign in to yourself, that sign-in and the data it reaches are between you and that service. Each app's product page describes what it connects to.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and support requests
  • Improve our products and services
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below.
